- Exchanges are not accepted for discounted or promotional items.

Refund Policy

Namastiv does not offer refunds for change of mind, but we will issue a refund in cases of shipping errors or manufacturing defects.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund via the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
